- Abstract
- This executive summary synthesizes the main elements contained in the research report undertaken within the LaboHR Chair of UCL, within the thematic sub ‐ group dedicated to "HR Perimeter". This sub ‐ group is composed of the research team and five business partners (AXA, Belgacom, STIB, Heidelbergcement and UCL). The report consists of two main parts: 1. The first part is a State of the Art. It presents the theoretical knowledge available in the scientific literature on recent trends in terms of sharing of the HR function in contemporary organizations. 2. The second part presents the empirical research. It exposes the main results about the positioning and articulation between various actors who have responsibility in terms of HRM, and the related difficulties. It identifies prospective solutions for the future.
