Abstract
Internships have become an essential part of teacher training curricula. How to accompany them? How to evaluate them? Supervisors at the Universities of Teacher Education sometimes express the tension they feel between accompanying the student and evaluating his internship. This thesis, through various collection and analysis tools, pursues a double objective. Firstly, it aims to document this tension in the context of initial teacher training in French-speaking Belgium. Secondly, it seeks to understand how the supervisor's evaluative judgment is constructed during the co-assessment meeting that closes the supervision system. Does this judgment meet the characteristics of professional judgment in evaluation? In order to answer this question, we were interested in taking into account the singularity in this construction, the iterative and dynamic dimension of the judgment as well as the levels of feedback mobilized by the supervisors during this co-assessment meeting.
