- Considers the decay B rarr omega + pi , in terms of the constituent-current quark model. Invokes the requirement of duality as dynamical input to obtain a helicity amplitude ratio consistent with the experimental data, and to make new predictions concerning the decay of 35 (L=1) mesons into 35 (L=0)+ pi.
