Abstract
In the first part of this article in two voices, Martin Leiner points out the specificities of Sola Scriptura among the other exclusive formulas, the context of its elaboration, and and its main meaning, which he carefully distinguishes from literalism and biblicism. In the second part, after having looked at the numerous points of agreement between confessions on these issues, Olivier Riaudel develops the traditional sense of Scriptura Sola in catholic context. Today as yesterday, the intellectus fidei must be intellectus Scripturae.
