Abstract
Anomalous Ward identities saturated with one-particle pseudoscalar states, together with pi /sup 0/, eta and eta ' rarr 2 gamma decay amplitudes and Gamma ( psi rarr eta ' gamma )/ Gamma ( psi rarr eta gamma ), Gamma ( psi ' rarr psi pi /sup 0 /)/ Gamma ( psi ' rarr psi eta ) branching ratios, provide a set of equations which can be solved for the axial-vector couplings and the topological charge components.
