Abstract
The realization of human rights requires the establishment of an enabling environment at the international level, through improvements to global governance. In the area of the right to food, the reform of the Committee on World Food Security in Rome provides a concrete example of how such a transformation can be imagined. © 2012 London School of Economics and Political Science and John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
