Abstract
(en) Contemporary psychoanalysis underlines the great signification of specific historical, social and cultural experiences of the patient. This is critically questioned. The Freudian concept of ‘après-coup’ makes it possible to understand the ‘loading’ and disguising of the infantile neurosis by later significant events. In this context, the increased attention for social reality bears the risk to pass by the unconscious conflict in the analytical cure. Some case material illustrates these resistance movements.
