Abstract
We present the non-formal deformation quantization of the 2D Poincare Group and its associated star-exponential. We then deform its action on the space R^2. We obtain a non-formal star-product on R^2 satisfying the kappa-Minkowski relations and the star-exponential induce the ordered planar waves on kappa-Minkowski.
