- The Best Option is a 20-minute science-fiction short film developed as a research-creation project exploring the ethical and political implications of artificial intelligence in democratic decision-making. Through speculative narrative, the film examines the promise and risks of algorithmic governance and the delegation of collective choice to computational systems. Conceived at the intersection of cinema studies, AI ethics, and public policy, the project functions as both artistic work and analytical tool, designed to stimulate critical reflection and public debate. The film has been presented in institutional and academic contexts, contributing to discussions on human responsibility, technological mediation, and narrative sovereignty in the age of AI.
