- Abstract
- (en) The RDC forbids the use of forced ways of execution against the public persons. This situation harmful to the interests of the creditors of public authorities place her outside a restrictive current of immunity of execution. Hence the interest for her to be inspired by belgian and french limitation in immunity of execution to build a modern right in compliance with the requirements of the State law and the economic development.
