Abstract
Effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) depends on precise and timely maneuvers. However, healthcare professionals (HCPs) often face challenges in adhering to CPR protocols. The complexity of integrating tasks such as chest compressions, drug administration, and rhythm checking complicates the process. Even in in-hospital cardiac arrest settings, protocol adherence is notably poor despite its correlation with the return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). In out-of-hospital environments, a 2005 study revealed that U.S. paramedics adhered to the timing of drug administration in only 14% of cases. [...]
