Abstract
(en) This article presents three essential functions of children’s institutional therapy: “pare-excitation”, symbolization and construction. The status of psychotropic medication is analyzed in a context of practice based on relationship. Institutional therapy, as presented here, has an impact on the child global development and therefore on neuronal plasticity, – where medication has, at the very best, only a regulating effect.
