- This work investigates expatriates' discourse on the normative construction of their experience. We start from the logic of current dichotomic approaches to challenge these by giving voice to workers themselves. In this empirical qualitative study, we specifically direct our attention on a key non-traditional category of mobile workers yet valuable in today’s globalized context: the SIEs.
