Abstract
(en) In the midst of contradictory trends and an unstable international system, security issues appear to be increasingly diversified and complex, outmaching the capacity of the State to manage or control them. After a presentation of a possible typology of contemporary security issues, the aim of this paper is to investigate the answers on the international scene in two perspectives: the question of global governance and the hypothesis of global democracy.
