Abstract
The graphic model of a capitalist system is presented. It incorporates the multi-dimensionality of social processes, the spin-off and spill-over effects of social action linking the economic, socio-cultural and political spheres among each other, and the multi-level relations between processes and their outcomes and the contexts of these processes. It is designed to test the system for its compatibilities or incompatibilities with different industrial democracy measures which change the organization of works.
