Abstract
The paper reports on theoretical and experimental work on an equipment for the acquisition of analogue quantities (voltages, currents, active and reactive powers) in high-voltage substations. The signals are selected by an entry multiplexer under the control of a microprocessor which at the same time selects the appropriate scale, and are immediately digitised, processed and presented to the modem at the output of the equipment. The cycle time is less than 0.5 s and the accuracy 0.5%. A theoretical study of the errors to be expected is appended.
