Abstract
During the OTS propagation measurement campaign, the European Space Agency has collected an important database. This paper describes the first global results of the processing of this database. Radiometer calibration and analysis of attenuation and crosspolarisation for different frequencies and polarisations are discussed on a global statistical basis or using an event by event approach.
