Abstract
(en) This contribution presents a methodological device of intervention in small companies (or associations), developed by members of the CeRIO. This apparatus of compilation and analytical processing of data, which can include an operational phase, poses an epistemology as a method and as a concrete action. This epistemology defines the framework of intervention, the relevance and the validity of the produced knowledge, as well as the ethical positioning of the device in general and the specific one to each phase. The epistemic requirements like the restitution, likelihood or the reference to the ground are closely associated, until melting them, with the requirements for effectiveness of the diagnosis or the action in terms of management.
