Abstract
(en) CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS : Platinum-induced occupational asthma shares phenotypic characteristics with high–molecular weight protein agents (ie, concomitant rhinitis and marked postexposure increase in FeNO), which supports the involvement of IgE-mediated mechanisms different from those underlying asthma caused by other low–molecular weight agents.
