Abstract
This is the synthesis report and comparative analysis of 30 case studies of occupational changes carried out in the WORKS project. The main body of the report consists of six monographs of occupations, concerning dress designers, ICT researchers, software professionals, manufacturing workers, logistics workers and front-office clerical employees. The monographs are preceded by an introductory chapter on the concepts of occupations and occupational groups, and followed by a concluding chapter on the comparative dimension of the findings.
