(en) Dear Editor, A 44-year-old woman presented with an acute pruritic eruption of the arms, neck and upper back that appeared 2 days after a right mastectomy with sentinel lymph node exploration for a breast cancer. She received ketorolac, paracetamol, piritramide, fraxiparine, cardioaspirin and cefazolin during and/or immediately after the operation. Her medical history included multiple sclerosis. On clinical examination, the patient was febrile and the pulsating nature of the lesions with alternating blanching and flushing, was striking. [...]
