(en) Institutional therapy: a multifunctional interactive paradigm.– The article tries to define what beyond psychoanalysis, systemic analysis or behavioural therapy, could best characterise institutional therapy. Starting from a description of the functioning of an institution, it sets forth « multifunctional interactivity» as being this paradigm. The second part of the text tries to define as closely as possible some key-notions as directing, authority and decision in institutional functioning.
