Abstract
The paper sheds some light on which positions, promoted by some transnational actors, attempt an influence and find a place within EU civil dialogue in the field of EU-Africa relations. More specifically, I focus on visions and participation of Pan-African Diasporic Networks (P-ADNs). What positions are expressed in the Post-Cotonou negotiations by these actors? do they propose decolonial readings of EU-Africa relations or do they rather insert themselves within the mainstream developmental logic?
