Abstract
CASE : A 33-year-old female without medical history was admitted to the hospital with jaundice, fever and arthralgia. Clinical examination showed diffuse enlarged lymph nodes and a maculopapular rash covering 75 % of the body (Fig. 1.a,b). Blood tests showed eosinophilia (0.78 G/L) and abnormal liver tests (total bilirubin: 536 µmol/L, AST178 U/L, ALT228 U/L, GGT371 U/L, ALP736 U/L) but normal INR. She recently started a nutritional supplement named “Boswellia Serrata”. Influenzae-like symptoms and the skin rash started 10 days after initiation. [..0]
