Abstract
(en) In the first part of this two-voice article (p. 151-167), André Birmelé (Strasbourg) presents these keys to understanding the current ecumenical situation: (1) a fundamental agreement on ecumenical orientation; (2) dialogues and declarations of communion; (3) new challenges. In the second part (p. 168-180), Joseph Famerée (Louvain-la-Neuve) offers a Catholic counterpoint: on the basis of a fundamental agreement with the diagnosis of his Lutheran colleague, and by approaching his three keys of analysis from a slightly different angle, he raises some catholic points of emphasis.
