(en) [Between clinic and research : Lines of thinking starting from the experience of a specialized team (SOS-Infants' Saint-Luc, Brussels)] To associate within a multi-field team charged to evaluate and treat the situations of ill-treatment of children the assumptions of responsibility clinical and the development of an empirical study represents at the same time a challenge and an opportunity. The article gives the legal framework and the context of missions reserved for the specialized team then develops the object of specific research and its contributions. The study consisted by respecting the groundwork of the interventions to confront the elements resulting from the clinical talks with those resulting from various standardized instruments. Practically on the basis on an allegation of ill-treatment that it is physical, sexual, and psychological, held per hundred children several tests namely the CBCL, AAPI, MMPI-2, FAST, FAT, were proposed by retaining the SVA like external criterion. In fine we note real positive repercussions so much for the aid recipients for the implied professionals. © 2013, Médecine and Hygiène.
