- (en) Most constitutions maintain the reassuring fiction of national sovereignty in the face of the growing influence of international organizations over education policies. The PISA survey or, in Europe, the Bologna Process in Higher Education clearly illustrathe this. The aim of this dossier is to outline an inventory of the different reactions to this matter in order to present them as on subject of sociological study, and to set up the required conditions for discussion between the opposing positions.
