Abstract
The experimental set-up used to measure angular distributions (from 20 degrees to 160 degrees in steps of 10 degrees) and energy spectra for C-12(n, px), C-12(n, dx), C-12(n, tx) and C-12(n, alpha x) reactions is described in detail. The reaction products are detected by Delta E-E telescopes while charged particle discrimination is realised by charge integration on the E signal. Time-of-flight spectra are also registered for charged particle events. Measurements have been performed for three different incident neutron energies: 42.5, 62.7 and 72.8 MeV. Raw spectra of C-12(n, px) and C-12(n, dx) reactions at 62.7 and 72.8 MeV are presented.
