Abstract
Rat gastrocnemius muscles were minced and orthotopically autografted. They were analyzed 1, 3, 6, 15, 30, 60, 120 and 240 days after the surgery for the activities of creatinekinase, glycogen phosphorylase, phosphofructokinase, aldolase, pyruvatekinase and lactic dehydrogenase. These enzymes remain in a constant proportion, but only as a first approximation. Their percentual relative rates of increase remain invariant throughout the regeneration
