Abstract
(en) Non-obstructive supratentorial hydrocephalus is a rare and potential life-threatening manifestation of neurosarcoidosis. The main treatment goal for this disease is to reduce or prevent damage due to granulomatous inflammation. However, despite current treatment options, one third of patients have refractory disease. We present a severe case of neurosarcoidosis with recurrent hydrocephalus achieving sustained clinical and radiological remission with cyclophosphamide followed by tofacitinib as maintenance therapy.
