- Abstract
- It is shown that the non-conservation of the flavor singlet axial current due to the so-called `strong anomaly' leads to a quantitative explanation of the branching ratios Gamma ( psi ' rarr psi pi /sup 0 /)/ Gamma ( psi ' rarr psi eta ) and Gamma ( psi rarr eta ' gamma )/ Gamma ( psi rarr eta gamma ).
