(en) [Synovial biopsy: an essential tool for guiding rheumatoid arthritis treatment?] Over the last years, the management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been largely improved owing to the introduction of biologicals. These agents have been developed based on a better understanding of the disease pathophysiology. In the next years, the histopathological and molecular features of the synovial tissue will likely help clinicians better define RA treatment strategies.
