Abstract
(en) HIGHLIGHTS: • This special article provides updated treatment recommendations for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. • In high-risk locoregionally advanced NPC, adding metronomic or standard dose adjuvant capecitabine to CRT improves PFS. • Immunotherapy added to platinum and gemcitabine improves PFS as first-line metastatic treatment in endemic NPC areas.
