Sexuality and procreation for all, including disabled individuals, are fundamental and universal human rights and are frequent requests from these patients but several difficulties need to be solved. For example, a spinal cord lesion includes psychological (modifications of the self-image, self-esteem and sexual confidence) and physiological (deficits of motor function, sensation, sexual desire, erection, orgasm, ejaculation, fertility ...) consequences. Thanks to a pluridisciplinary approach, it is possible to assist disabled individuals to achieve a better affective and sexual life and to succeed in procreation.
