(en) [Supporting children with autism, their parents and siblings] Through this article, the author describes her role as a Child Psychiatrist in supporting an autistic child, their parents and their siblings from the time of diagnosis till adulthood. This psychological support takes into account the child's specificities and his way of functioning. The author offers to the parents a psycho-educational guidance that oscillates between a reflection about concrete day-to-day problems and a holding attitude towards the parents'internal personal experience. She describes an individual psychotherapy directed at autistic young people with verbal language ability and cognitive resources. This type of psychotherapy requires a certain adaptation of the theoretical frame taking into account the functioning of these young people. Eventually, the author reflects on the siblings'position as a support, at the time of diagnosis but also during the follow-up.
