(en) Fichte’s conception of the University only gives a place to the exegetical and historical parts of theology and excludes all the rest which is passed on to other institutions or simply left out. By so doing, he suppresses the unity and hermeneutical method of theology and only applies the discipline to its philosophical form as simple « content ».
