Abstract
A strategy for the selection of system of dierential equations is proposed based on Bayesian ODE- penalized B-spline approach. It estimates the ODE parameters, approximates the solution of the ODE model and quanties the suitability of the proposed dierential equations to model the dynamics of the observed state functions. Simulation study conrms that these ODE-adhesion parameters are able to question a sys- tem of dierential equations as a descriptor of the dynamics in the state functions. This methodology is illustrated on a pharmacokinetic study.
