- (en) Therapeutic global device with the sexual aggressors of children The questions bound to the care of the authors of sexual offenses are complex and question the intrication between the logics of care and control. The aspects of disease and recurrence are in the center of the therapeutic accompaniment of these patients outside the common fields of the mental health. From these questionings, the article presents an original model of care associating social meeting, individual therapy and group therapy. The analytical and systematical references want to be complementary, meeting the subject on the one hand in its conflicts intrapsychic and on the other hand in its relational sufferings with its pairs and its family. The group therapy is the particular development by showing the interest of systemic epistemology in this specific private clinic. We stress also the history of the first bonds and the process of setting in account distinguishing the act from the circumstances from the act. While presenting the process of the theorico-clinical approach, the author emphasizes some words expressed by the patients themselves in bond with the discussed question.
