Abstract
The topics of this side-event concern many aspects of phenotyping and modelling of plant anchorage and physiology, such as crop lodging, tree mechanics, various methods to phenotype functional traits, Functional Tradeoffs (multiscale hydraulics), Plant-Soil Interactions (mucilage) as well as modelling and software. The aim of this workshop is to discuss of the various approaches used in the community for both crops and trees, but also for aboveground and belowground
