Abstract
The invention relates to a method for measuring beta-lactam antibiotics. The invention is particularly important to the monitoring and adjusting of a beta-lactam antibiotic dosage provided to a subject suffering from an infection treatable with beta-lactam antibiotics. The invention further relates to a variant of Enterobacter cloacae P99 beta-lactamase.
