Abstract
The communication analyses, about institutions organized as a permanent living place, like a nursing home, how a deformalized approach, induced by substituting formal contractual terms, with Holistic Spiritual Care practices can transform the contextual understanding of an institutional "belief", enable to depolarize some controversies about conscientious objections. Some limits are described in order to build this hypothesis as a test of community closely held sincerity instead of a pure culture of formalism, fraud or arbitrary.
