BACKGROUND: The evaluation of liver fibrosis in livertransplanted patients is essential to assess long-term prognosis of liver grafts The Metavir score is the gold standard to assess liver fibrosis however, it is not designed for this population The Venturi score, already validated in pediatric cohorts, evaluate liver fibrosis taking into account centrolobular, portal and sinusoidal fibrosis with a score from 0 to 3 depending on the severity of fibrosis.
