Abstract
(en) In his article "Ironies of Sovereignty", Robert Keohane underlines the diverging trends of evolution between the USA and EU toward sovereignty. The aim of the present paper is to criticise this assumption and analyses the emerging common characteristics of a new "multilevel sovereignty". Such a new sovereignty expresses the distribution of power between different levels, from the local to the global.
