- (en) We focus in this publication on the meaning and the conditions of an organizational learning in the specific environment of primary schools. Beyond the exploration of the modalities of dialogue between the teachers, we try to highlight theoretical assessments to understand the processes of organizational learning and to define some indicators in case of observation.
