- This paper is based on methodological considérations developed Under the European WORKS project on changes in work in the knowledge-based society. It develops the main research issues to be dealt with at the level of occupational groups, in order to understand changes in workers' biographies, occupational identities, quality of work, Learning and skills development, work-life balance.
