Abstract
(en) Browsing behaviour in retail stores is an important aspect of experiential consumption, which has not been fully modelled. In this paper, we present the main antecedents and consequences of this behaviour. We also stress the influence of other consumers on some consequences of browsing. Finally, we propose a conceptual framework of browsing behaviour in retail stores.
