Abstract
The main objective of this research project is to implement a comprehensive, holistic approach to multiple sclerosis (MS), based on an annual multiparametric assessment combining clinical, neuropsychological, and neuroradiological measures, along with patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), in a framework applicable to real-world clinical practice. This approach will allow us to explore the longitudinal evolution of cognitive impairment and PROMs in MS, and to investigate potential predictors of future cognitive decline, within a cohort of patients with relapsing-remitting MS initiating a new disease-modifying therapy.
