- Abstract
- (en) Associations are by definition entities of communication. Communication is the implicit and often explicit content of their mission. Indeed, the Associative Project is supposed to be a Project of Communication, a balance between the three functions – Referential, Mediating and Relational – of the linguistic expressions and processes building interaction systems at macro, meso and micro organizational levels. This research seeks to interpret these “faits de communication” in order to verify a reciprocal influence between normative and hierarchical contexts and the way in which individual and collective actors “communicate”. A comparative study aiming for the validation of our hypothesis and our methodological tools has been carried out within four NGOs in Cuba and Costa Rica, between 2006 and 2008.
