Abstract
Gastrocnemius muscles of Rana temporaria are sliced and replanted in situ. The enzymatic activities of creatine phosphokinase, aldolase, pyruvate-kinase, lactic dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, fructokinase and isocitrico-dehydrogenase (NADP) had a time evolution comparable to that of total creatine (creatine + phosphorylcreatine) ; it decreased by 95% from the first day and remained at this level until the fifteenth day. Then the total creatine increased: 60 days after the operation, it was 4 times higher than 15 days after the operation; the enzymatic activities of the enzymes increased by about two to four times.
