Abstract
(en) The crude incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) in the European Union is 2.3, the mortality 0.4 cases/100 000/year. Young adults aged 20–40 years are most often affected. Slightly more men than women are diagnosed with HL. Histologically, classical HL (cHL) accounting for 95% of all HL cases is distinguished from nodular lymphocyte-predominant HL (NLPHL) representing 5% of all HL cases. [...]
